Hi all This tv wouldn't tuin the chanels  then I changed the main board which I got from ebay. Now tv can be tuin but pictuer is to wide.when whaching football can't see cornell from right hand side.any idea?

Hi Sammi,

Wonder if you checked and got a board from exactly the same set. Lots of Ebay selling folks have no idea at all that different screen sizes require different boards.

Note recently that some screen smash sellers are getting the idea.

Mentioned to one who advertised a board that was used from 22 to 47. He Couldn't understand what I was on about, as the basic number was the same, but he didn't bother read the small print for different screen sizes -

Beware of false prophets!! Not Turnip, though, he's the real Mc Coy.

You've been sent a board for a different size plasma. It may be correctable in the Service Adjustment Mode, but I've never been down that track with a Philips. Their SAM can be a tad enigmatic.

Current prophets seem to advise belief with no sensible resource.

Could be wrong - ever am as a Super Hero, but suggest belief without resort to sensible thought is a bit suspect.

Who was that McCoy chap ? Guess Irish, like that chap who spent a day doing curious things with no punctuation.

Want stream of thought - go to Woolf or Kerouak.

As you noted about Nick Drake, they too didn't make old bones - Chris.

Top job. Can only hope that Turnip doesn't offer his body to science. Those uni boffins would never be able to unravel his brain, besides, with all that turnip wine, his body will be well and truly pickled.      Bruce.
