Title: Entries needing a check of stuff on the pile

Hi folks,

Have noticed that folks who need bits or have queries often don't include the actual model or part required in 'Subject'

Find this a pain as 'Subject' is held lower screen where one can check the pile/file for anything useful.

Otherwise need to make a note or keep shuffling about which is tedious - Chris
