Title: medion 30112 power fault red light flashing no start up

hi can any1 help me ive got a medion 30112 32 lcd tv ive just replaced the kit that always go on these sets now when i power the tv up the red standby light just flashed red and the screen backlight flashes but the set will not start up any help would be great the power supply is simliar to the bush idlcdtv006  the board number on my power supply is 04ta069i :dubbio:
