Title: LG 42LD490 picture pulling

Anyone come across one of these with the picture pulling all over the place... reminds me of line pulling problems with the old CRT telly's.... tapping around the mobo seems to make the picture come and go but not curing the pulling which resembles a line sync fault as in the old day's.

Checked Tcon ribbon and power supply voltages, thanks

Yep OSD too, I should have mentioned, sorry.   It wasn't the Tcon I tried a known good one.   I read that the SMD caps on the main board could cause this trouble..... the customer said not to bother if it was going to be expensive.
