Title: Toshiba 46TL868 Horizontal Lines

Hi at all

I Have a problem with my Toshiba 46TL868 ( See Picture )
I Dont know what the problem is,  i think T-con, or display himself, is it possible that the display driver ic are faulty ?

That looks like the display panel is kaput.
