Title: Toshiba 40bv701b firmware

Hi , does anyone have a downloadable firmware for a Toshiba 40BV701B  17MB65-1 V1 SDIHM07 Screen?

Got a set with flashing white light at turn on & goes no further, Have tried a donor mainbord and this fired up the set. The donor board always goes to first time installation when turned on but does at least get tv to turn on. Would like to try a firmware reprogramme on one of these boards to try & get a working set.

any help most apprieciated

Hi,
Try this software.
I think it uses the normal way to update -
copy the three files to a USB stick formatted to FAT.
Switch set off at mains, insert stick, and keep 'Okay'
on handset pressed, while switching on at mains,
release 'Okay' button when the LED flashes rapidly,
wait until install screen shows.

Hi again, you are a star! thanks very much. Managed to get both of the mainboards working with that firmware file you gave me. Tv up and running again. Your help with this is most apprieciated. :13:
