Title: SANYO CE42FH08-B STAND BY LIGHT
Post by: kennyc on July 30, 2015,14:04:58
Hi Guys ,have got the TV it has 17PW26-4 power supply and a 17MB38-1 main board . Usual problem think power supply is Ok and main board faulty but not 100% sure . Had another power supply but its out of a 32 inch Tv but still didnt work when changed . Any check to make sure its the main board before buying another one on E-Bay

check the 1.8v supply  to u123-the hdmi processor chip ic (an sil9185actu)
can some times get blown by "hot plugging" of HDMI connections. this drags down the 1.8 volts and causes all sorts of start up faults or stops set all together
