:57: hi, I have a bush Dled32165hD TV, when powered on the power led flashes and stays on red, it will not turn on. I've looked at the psi board but no bulging capacitors, I've also tried pressing the power button on the remote for about a minute father unplugging and plugging the power cord to the current but no changes.
Any advice will be highly appreciated

Hi Papisco,
Usual PS faults are S/C diodes, but as you have a Red LED, diodes must be OK, and duff caps are not yet a problem that I've met on Vestel LED Power boards.
Suspect a main board issue, really common with Vestel - Chris.

Hi turnip thanks for the reply, I've ordered a mainboard as I also suspected it. will update you when I get the board.

Hi turnip,
I've ordered a main board which I fitted but when powered up the led flashed 3 times and went off, and that's it, the TV didn't come on, but when I replaced the old main board it did as before, flash 9 times and stay on., luckily the seller has accepted a return, so will try a PSU board and see.

Hi Papisco,
Different LED flashes makes you wonder about the suitabilty of the replacement main board. Gather unlike the other chap you have no sound, so the 'in-screen' LED inverter isn't your issue.
Best of luck with the power board - Chris.
