I see from reading from another forum that you purchased the eeprom for the le46gl12e Bush TV did you make a copy of the good one before you soldered it onto the board?
 I ask as I have an identical issue as to yours posted here

Thanks I will give it a try if you can upload it. The ic mine is on is a gd25q64. Though thinking about it i will have to check whether the panel you have is a hd panel otherwise may not work!
