hi am looking for a way to access service mode for a lg lcd tv model 42lp1d or 37lp1d ive tried pressing menu on r/c and tv but doesnt work any help would be great thanks

strange re your lp1d,
 child lock isnt on is it?, hold on for about 10 secs, it takes a while, we use the service remote for speed but if wer'e at custs we use the menu\menu system, btw do you want manual?
