Title: Schema PSU PK101W0960I montata su TOSHIBA 32E2533

PSU: PK101W0960I UE-3640-1C

Come da titolo cerco schema per poter risalire al codice ordine del componente IC 181.
Sul piccolo componente è stampato D101505E.
Visto nel circuito dov’è inserito (abilita i 12V) potrebbe essere un piccolo transistor Mosfet

Lo stesso integrato è montato anche su alla Psu PK101W0950I ...ma non trovo nessun schema nemmeno di questa  :03:
Le due PSU sono intercambiabili ...anche questa è montata su 32E2533.

Il componente puo' essere anche siglato  in maniera differente D101 435D ma sempre introvabile...
Qualche collega ha avuto a che fare con questo componente?

circuit is a Toshiba 32E2533D - Power Supply - PK101W0950I - FSP064-3FS01

if any one has it FSP064-3FS01
