Hello I Have powerboard for Toshiba LED TV VESTEL 17ips61, witch doesn't show any voltages. So I presume, that high voltage part is at fault. I've checked fuses and diodes ( common failure at this board) but they are ok. I stumbled on one resistor witch is totaly open. That is resistor R60 witch has a strange marking on shematics I never seen before and It says that is 4M7 evenfore its colour code is violet-white-green-yellow-black!! Does that make any sense. Is that fusible resistor?

hi, need voltage measurements you have checked should be high volts on pin 4 of u2 and pin 1 is start up that ic via r62 ,u2 is common on not starting up
but check voltages first before you replace note have seen the tx faulty before
