check the 2 x10 ohm pot resistors on psu board if ok may be the fuse to the yplus or xplus all on psu i have all boards except psu which i will supply for postage but not tested as psu board missing

Hi Shaun.

I think the cat might be confusing Samsung with LG.

It might be a good idea to note the blinking pattern of the green LED on the control board and to try activating the test patterns.

hi fella's i was having look at this tv no picture but sound, stuck meter on psu no vs/va disconnected y main still no vs va no vsc visual buffer looks ok  would you say mainboard thanks

hi fella's managed to get the tv working,  with the no picture fault,  there was no vs/va voltages, really low voltages  at the large filter caps, the resistors near by look like they had been getting hot, so took the psu off found dry joints on the resistor, and transistors vs/va was restored, but then lost it, again so took y main board off found dry solder joints on the pin connectors, running on test thanks
