I have this tv in which the green LED flashes 23 times after that is a bit green and the cycle is repeated, does not take any command. It is equipped with mainboard: 17MB120 and 17IPS72 source, display VES430QNDL-2D-U11. The voltages delivered by the source It's OK, the voltage on the backlight coupler is only 10.6V, it's not always BL ON. I tried updating the software but it did not change anything (did not "see" the stick), I suspect 17MB120. Maybe met anyone this problem, thank you!
