Hi Shaun,

Know how you feel, just had a nice 43 Sammy plasma where the PFC area had overheated - To Ebay for a cheapy which died within 5 minutes with the same issue. Supplier suspected I returned another board so refused refund. Ebay however noticed I then bought another from 'Emos' so ruled in my favour.

In the mean time still waiting China for the PFC drive chip to sort the original. Got the two power Fets where it sort'a worked with a fire bar in series with supply, otherwise blew the 8 A fuse, so tend to suspect the 'soft start' might be an issue - Next time - Chris.
