Hi fella's, been to the customers house twice now, to try repair this tv, it's a sony kd-65xd9305 dead, it's a 240v into a external box with 24v dc coming out usb lead connects to power box and tv, there's 24v at the fuses on the led driver board, so i replaced the mainboard twice thinking it was faulty here is a picture of the led  driver board thanks

Hi Shaun, I've never yet had to replace an LD board, but if you have 24V present on all boards, there is a regulator that fails on the DSP3 board
which is the board at the centre of the TV -your board pictured I believe, with a metal shield over it.

Don't know which reg it is as this is info I picked up from others. Apparently Sony have an upgraded board - A2195346A. Bruce.

Hi Shaun, You haven't indicated what the problem with the tv is. I don't know about the UK, but over here new main boards have to have firmware installed, otherwise they don't work.                            Bruce

there is a tech bulletin for this fault.Disconnect cn400,check pin 1 for 3.3v.if no 3.3v replace DPS board. If 3.3v present problem can be Ir receiving circuit or wifi board.
