Hello everybody,

I have a start problem with the TV. I once created a log via the service interface. It seems that something is wrong with the flash. I have also tried to install the software again via USB. But this doesn't work with the UPG file. Unfortunately, I don't find an "Upgrade_loader.pkg". Are there other ways to save the software?

Enclosed the log with and without a USB stick.

greetings

Andreas

hi ,have you made sure the usb stick has been formatted to flash 32 before putting any update files on as tv does not recognise other formats.then fit usb stick in tv before powering up,worth a double check first.also is model correct as can only find 32pft4132/
