Title: Matsui 1410r horizontal menu lines flicker/jump

 Hello everyone, I haven't looked at a crt in a long time and was surprised when I seen the menu boxes jump up and down rapidly, I don't ever remember this before. Is it normal? It's quite nauseating and happens on every menu.. (tv,dvd and freeview menu) the tv is clocked at 50hz PAL. Does anyone know what would cause this?

one off the last crt sets is this got the vestal chassis 11AK45 OR 46 ? or Philips CTNBB ?

PICTURE OF CASE LABEL WOULD HELP AND MAYBE BOARDS

It's a 14" matsui 1410r, the label says it's CTN - BB chassis, the only connectors it has is a SCART and a coax aerial. I found a manual online here
