Title: Panasonic Plasma TV with horizontal lines

My Panasonic Plasma TC-42PD1FA decided to fail on me. When you switch on, many horizontal lines appeared across the screen randomly without any picture. Anyone knows how to fix this?

I would also like if anyone has a copy of the Service Manual for this model.
