Hi Mulja,
Thanks for a really good site, where moderately serious mending chaps (and the odd Chap'ess) can get in touch. Would suggest that in 'News of repair tips' - 'Warning' might be substituted for something rather less fearsome. Perhaps - 'Attention', or even - 'Note This' - or something similar - which might be more appropriate for Anglophiles.
'Warning' seems to suggest that things might well explode when mains is applied. Could well be the case, of course, but after using those tips, one might hope it doesn't.
