Title: PHILIPS 420P orange LED blinking

From stanby a few seconds the LED green, after orange blinks, on the sreen for a second light green appears, no more.
Critical capacitors by the forum I tested.
Tried anyone the Philips tesprogram COMPAIR32 CD, to connect PC via RS232?
