Hi John,

Thanks John, Unfortunately the motor is a ridiculous price (£28 + VAT from  CHS).
So unless someone has got a Second hand one then it's a scrap unit

Brian

Hi Brian,

Would make an observation - esp with Sony, to give some idea as to what model number represents in terms of what it is - spend hours, trying to be helpful - well, am retired so shouldn't complain too much, perhaps just might help improve my data base - Chris

PS Sure Quuq folks will assist

hi brian
disconect motor, squirt some wd40 into it then run it on an externel psu for a couple of mins in both directions, let wd40 drain out.
this fixes 9 out of ten motors
good luck
