hi,i  am trying to get hold of diode type VF20120SG SCHOTTKY type, would beb grateful for any information on where to obtain such a type or any information on an Equivalent, cheers andre

Hi,

Charles Hyde sells them.

I have replaced these in a few small screen LCD sets only to find that the main processor IC has also gone s/c!
