I find 'Old Speckled Hen' a suitable replacement for all those meds listed above. Pretty much sorts anything out. Although, penis enlargement can be impaired if you over indulge!

Note as you have that recent Spam has been in erectile directions - some chum then sent useful info regarding tooth extraction where local and total pain control was wimpily refused and Viagra seemed to offer the biz.

Can't just recall just how it went but seems he had something firm to hold on to when the pain got too excessive -  Chris.
