Had one of these Chinese wonders in where display was superb but no heat. Control panel had three tiny 4 pin 8 Amp 12v relays, and the two that controlled the heating elements were duff, due I suppose to burned contacts.
Ordered identical relays from the Flea, but when they arrived they were twice the size and had an additional contact that I snipped off.
Thought to complain but relays supplied were rated at twice the current so fitted on wires with some hot melt to keep them in place.
Gather originals lasted just over the year, and B&Q were unenthusiastic about guarantee repair - Fingers crossed - Chris.
