Title: Philips 42pf7320/10 chassis LC4.9E AA blown fuse and mosfets on X main
Post by: xerian on February 12, 2015,08:40:15
Hello. I have a pasma Philips 42pf7320/10 chassis LC4.9E AA wich came to me with sparkling Picture, but after a minute TV set shuts down and show code 8 on power supply board led indicator. As  service manual sugest that Ve voltage is down for some reason. I've entered in SDM mode and tv set stays lit, but after shuting it down didn't came on. Just code 8 on error signaling. There were blown one fuse and transistor on powerboard for Ve wich I replace. I've put out power suply and test it with jumpers stand alone and it comes on ok.
Then I've spoted a blow fuse F4004 on Samsung BN96-02038A (LJ92-01029A) X-Main Board. After inspcecting the board  found two blown mosfets Q4014 and Q4015. I've replaced them then I put all together and fuse blows again, this time along with Q4014 and another mosfet Q4011. Q4015 stays ok.
what I,m missing here? Does anyone have a suggesion?

Already done it without a sucsess. As I said Power supply board works fine in standalone or not pluged to X main board. I've replaced mosfets on X main today ( left blown fuse in) and TV set comes on with distorted Picture. I'm kind of afraid to replace a fuse. Will try with T 1A first.
Has anyone have a clue? Could be a faulty PDP screen?
