Neon C1997F eeprom

Hi friends ..
Can anyone help with an eprom dump for the serial flash device 25x32.

Number of the main board is CV106LS1 v2.1
Model number of TV :- Neon C1997F
Set is stuck in standby ..and need to re-write the firmware ..
