JVC LT-22DK3BJ Firmware & instructions.

Hi guy's,I've got the above small JVC,the tv is stuck in st-by mode(set has a separate power supply unit)I've notice on the main board a 2200uf 10volt working cap that's leaked dropped to below 1500uf also reads about 4.8 ohms on cap meter.
So what happens now is first time you switch tv on ,all functions work as per normal,but if you stand by set,the next time you switch on,set comes out of st by,but no sound or picture,won't go back to st-by.
Unplug tv,set works as normal again,until the next time you st-by it.My guess is there's a gremlin in the software,may be.Has anyone got software for model & how do you update it?there's a service usb!
