let22t1000hf overscan over HDMI
« on: February 22, 2018,22:34:28 »
Hello,
i've recently built my new pc to replace my old laptop, and decided to use it on my tv-monitor using the HDMI ports to have a full 1080p res. Unfortunately my tv keeps overscanning the input on HDMI cutting off the edges of the desktop. I've temporarily fixed it rescaling the output from geforce settings, but still have bad quality on the screen, most on the texts. I found that on my tv you can adjust the screen size only if you connect by vga, the option is not available to any other input. Then i found a way on this forum to get to the factory menu, but i don't know what options i have to change, or if there is anything i can do at all. Can anyone help me to figure out how to adjust overscanning to fit my output res from pc to the native res of the tv?
