Why is my remote not pairing?

The remote stopped working suddenly. I changed batteries and tried to pair it with the tv, it keeps giving error message: no device found. Thank you!

Maybe, there is problems with Bluetooth adapter in the TV or the remote control. Try to scan it separately.
