Had this Panny for quite a while now, did have problems three years back so I recapped the power supply using Panasonic HC type low ESR 105 deg. C. capacitors (I always uses these whenever possible).
The box worked flawless until recently.... it started with a temporary power cut when after awhile the colour would drift off with slight dot patterning, now it drops to standby with no remote LED activity.... leave it off a while and it back working again..... me thinks the CPU may well want a 'reflow'.
Anyone had this problem, no capacitors on main board by any chance I don't know about?
