Try this info; may do that set

1. Press INFO, R, G, Y and INFO buttons to enter factory mode 1.
2. While in factory mode 1 press MENU button to enter factory mode 2.

sorry cannot help but if can remember holding menu+tv up on tv while powering it forced into that mode ,maybe tv buttons dodgy?
