JVC LT-39DG52J Standby LED flashing an error code?

Hi all, JVC LT-39DG52J will run day in day out and start from standby unless unplugged from the mains for even just a few seconds. Getting it to go again is a real pain, all that seems to happen is the standby LED flashes five time then repeats. Wasn't aware that Vestel did error codes but then I've been out of the trade for about seven years now, any suggestions apart from chucking it in the bin?

BTW the LED flashes constantly when the set is in standby, is this normal? very irritating.

Forgot to add that it's a 17IPS19-5 PSU and 17MB82S mainboard.

Thanks Jordan, YouTube seems to confirm this. Do you have a link to the correct file for this model? When I was in the trade I had access to the Vestel download site, no longer I'm afraid.
