led tv SHARP LC-32HG5242E - locked on logo

I greet you! This TV starts with the SHARP logo and so it stays, it doesn't "do" anything else. It is equipped with mainboard + power: TP.MS6486 PB710

                                 Serial No: B32CH5242EB27W38112070900233
I think it's a software problem, can we find something, possibly via usb? From what I found, nothing really "fits". Thanks!
