Philips LED TV 42PFK5549/12 sch. TPM14.2ELA

  Dear colleagues!
I have a Philips LED TV, model : 42PFK5549 / 12, chassis : TPM14.2ELA. My TV doesn't work at all, there is no picture or sound. The red st-by LED lights up and the TV does not respond to remote control commands. I tried upgrading with a USB stick from the new firmware  and with  Philips "upgrade loader"  for chassis TMP14.2 , but my TV doesn't respond at all. What I to do ? Does anyone have experience with such failures in this Philips chassis ?
