SANYO CE30LD3BK Sound no picture. backlights lit

There is a raster, i.e. backlights lit  sound OK , I have replaced QP5 on the LVCDS panel, and all the 100uF and 10uF decouplers (C6661 and C6662 included) on the small regulators on the main P.C.B. After the set has been on there is a very faint cross hatch patterns lines are 5cm apart.
The fault did clear but the picture was in lines (similar to incorrect line speed) after switching off and on the picture came back and worked OK until switched off then on again, now permanently off.
There is video at pins 9,10, 15,16,17,18,19and 20 and 5v going into the LVDS PCB, has anyone has this before any help is very much appreciated.
