Hi.
I have a Samsung 42" Plasma.
A clicking noise started so I took the back off to investigate.
On the main panel (The top one) there are two switches I found the one on the right was clicking on and off.
I then found after after that the one on the left had packed up.
Anyway this is what I did.
I carefully removed the cover from the left side switch.
I powered up the TV and manually pressed the left hand switch home with a screwdriver.
The Standby light came on.
Got my wife to press remote "on" switch and TV came on.
After a while the switch on the right started clicking on and off and TV went off.
You cannot get the TV to start again unless you leave for say 30 mins.
