Technika/Vestel 26" LCD switching off randomly or not switching on

Hi,

I have a Technika LCD 26-207 which has started playing up. You power it on, the blue led goes out and it fires up. Then after a variable amount of time it will just switch off back to standby (blue led).

Then most of the time it will switch back on via the remote but switch off again.

A third switch on attempt usually results in the led flickering and a tick tick sound coming from inside for 20 seconds or so then it goes back to the blue led.

The mainboard is vestel 17mb12-2

The powerboard is vestel 17pw22-4

Also noticed there is now a slight constant buzz/hum coming over the speakers (fairly quiet but audible)

Any help appreciated.

check2 cap15nf if o.k check if all output voltage in p.s ok and check whith scop if any ripple in output cap.
