thomson ICC20 100hz

i have one thomson icc20  100hz that display 4 lines horizontal :red,green,blue and black (about 10cm one line).remote control not work, just flashing the led when i push any buton of rc.i wrote the 24c16 with other dump,tv worked,but after 2 days same thing.no image when power on,only 4 lines.does somebody know what means this?
