I own a radiomarelli color tv model number RM9821 TX-ST

Problem is that there is no picture. Screen is like the tv off. There is sound, and heaters on the back of tube are on.

Is there any one who can help me please ?

We have not heard of this tv before but if you turn up screen voltage on the line output transformer you should see fault on screen such as white line, blank raster etc.
