TH-42PE30 (TNPA3106 board)

Hello,
I have a Panasonic TH42PE30 tv with the Y-Sus board (TNPA3106) faulty. D621 is s/c (SF20LC30F10) and it is nla. It is a three legged 300V 20A super fast recovery diode. Has anyone got one in stock new or s/h or knows of a suitable source or replacement. Alternatively a s/h board at a reasonable cost.
