marantz plasma t.v. model no pd4201e/n1b.

Hi Guys,I have one of the above sets which uses samsung drive/p.s.u. boards same as Samsung ps42s5hx.On the main processor signal p.c.b. are two 5pin regulator i.c.'s marked up02 & up03 on the chips it say's 1506-50 in big letters in smaller letters it say's 05263.they seem to be 12volt in  & two lots of 5volts out but can't seem to find out what they are or where to get them.I am sure there should be some letters before the numbers likeL.M. By the way one of them is faulty.
