Dodgy Supplier?

Hi all,

has anyone had any dealings with these: UK TV PARTS soon to become the leading supplier in television parts around the country.
After waiting 3 weeks for them to supply a part I ordered, I finally had to chase NOCHEX the company who processed the card transaction. Today I recieved the part which was faulty. I have sent several emails but they do not reply. I suppose I should have been suspicious when the only contact details was an email address. I have now tracked them down to an address in Birmingham.
I would be interested to hear of anyone elses experiences, be they good or bad, whilst I await my refund!
