Samsung LE26R72BX/XEC startup problem

Hi all, I have a Samsung LE26R72BX/XEC that won't start up.

I have checked the usual suspects but cannot find anything obviously wrong.

Please see the video i've posted with the symptoms - I'm half expecting it to be mainboard related but thought I'd post it here.

As always, a beer or two awaits the supplier of the winning fix
