LG 42PC1DA slow warm up

[EARLYBIRD]

Hello we have a LG 42PC1DA tv,It takes around 20-30 mins to come on.We have changed the usual 3300uf bulging caps and a few other caps on the power supply.When you warm the board slightly with a hairdryer the tv comes straight on and works normally. But we are going around in circles does any one know which caps could be at fault,the number on the power board is 68719pt299a ,Thanks in advance Earlybird.
