Hi, I have a LG 50PX4D coming in, and the owner said that he was watching a football match when suddenly he had a popping sound and the picture went dull. There is sound and picture but the picture is very dull(cloudy), anybody experienced this type of faull.t before. Any help or suggestions will be highly appreciated.
