The source not remove any voltage, only for a short time,  something at the 5v StBy. bar.I change three IC smd, the capacitors are OK, for this i need the schematic diagram of this power supply.I apologize if my english is not  very good. Thanks in advance, from Romania, all the best!

theres a wee regulator ic that gets a nice crispy look on the contact side ( green side ) of the psu after a surge/lightning have a look its easy to spot black hole in the back of the board !
One thing to mention i did notice the last time I did one of these the ht caps didnt seem to discharge themselves you have to do it manually and remember there is 2 of them ( he says looking as the wee scar on the back of the hand ! )

Don't have a shematic but have met a few - and sorted.

Power – Yuyang YP2632T 05.02 Rev A2

Stuck in S/by. Check/Replace caps C214,C221,C222 (all 1000/10)

I absolutely agree. Therefore, first check the power supply. Does not help - I will look at the main board.

Hello friends. I need help.
I plugged in the power supply YP2632T 5 volts (SB) with ON / OFF. The 12 volt relay does start but I do not have the remaining 5 volts. I do not have 24.33 as well.
It replaces C133,213,214 2 C218 capacitors that seemed to me damaged.
It will be possible to take an electric scheme or give me an outlet for this problem.
