Hi Chrissie,

I would check the settings in the menu first. Possible firmware problem. Replacement drive is probably on the cards! Will it play an audio CD?

Hi Chris

It is usually best for the customer to buy a stand alone DVD player for about £25 as this would be cheaper than replacing the internal unit. If available.
