Samsung plasma pn50B550t2f wont turn on

Mine just wont turn on,I got no blinking light,sound...just dead, and after watching video on U-tube;it seem that most the time it's a capacitor that blew up or some real cheap part.

so any one here can guide me on what to check or test first?

so far I check the power cord all the way to the power board by doing
a continuity test.
then see pic below;



#1 seem to be the one that break but if I compare it to a new one;
on the 2uf scale the new one read .063 and the one on the board read .069,should I still change it?

#2 is those 3 cap I decide to test,those 3 cap are 450V and 150uf and on the 200uf scale they all read 1 (this was done with cap still on the board),they should read 150uf +- 10% no????

#3 well I was just wondering about this one

or should I check other stuff?
