philips 37pfl5522d/05 blue screen

hi there i have a philips 37pfl5522d/05 and it has a blue screen when it gets switched on and it has a blue cross in the top left hand corner when i try and press anything apart from the volume can anyone help please?

.Factory reset is performed by holding Menu button in on side of tv.

i have tried that but thanks anyway i have seen online that i might need to reset the N.V.M?
I'm not sure how to do this i cant find a service manual for it anywhere

Hi Charlie,

Noticed from an earlier post - Eeprom
1.  At switch on blue screen with ‘digital tv’ top LH corner. Try to select anything you get a cross inside a box. Only things that work are volume and picture size.  Remedy is to use the Philips service tool or perhaps reload Eeprom.

hi if you can get into service mode check to make sure option code is correct ,i have the last update if you need it but it has to go in via pcmci memory let me know your email if you want it
